Real Estate Contracting Services, LLC was established in 2000. After years of supervising the repairs and maintenance involved in property management, the decision was made to start a contracting company. This allowed us to focus on building strong relationships with subcontractors and material vendors to attain the best prices possible. This greatly benefited Frank Poe Real Estate Company, Inc. and our rental property owners because it allowed us to maintain and make necessary repairs to properties while keeping cost to a minimum.
