What is required before I can sign my lease?
Once you find the property you like, visit Rently.com and put in the complete address. (You may need to set up an account) Rently will verify your identity and for $1.99 you will receive a one time combination to access the lockbox on the front door of the house. Use the code to take a look at the property inside and out. After you have seen the property in full, bring us a filled out application (take an application from the counter, print one off of our website, or we will provide one to you at the office) along with the $45 fee per applicant. After the application is submitted, give us 2-5 business days to process your application and we will get back to you when and if you are approved and when to sign your lease. -
How do I pay rent?
We accept online payments through our ‘Online Tenant Portal’. We also take cash, check, or money orders by mail or in person at our office. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Minimum age to apply is 19. This is an Alabama state law and is non-disputable. -
What is your policy on pets?
Pet policy can vary depending on the house. If pets are accepted, we require a $250 non-refundable deposit per pet. -
Do I get my security deposit refunded at the end of my lease?
Security deposit refunds are dependent upon damages left to the property. We have 60 days to perform an inspection and document damages before we determine if the deposit will be refunded. Damages that are not considered routine wear and tear will be accounted for during inspection. -
How do I submit the rental application?
Bring the application to the office. This is the best way to submit your application. If you are unable to print one prior, or if there was not one on the counter at the house, we will provide you with a copy. Our leasing consultant will be able to assist and answer any questions you may have. Remember, there is a $45 fee per applicant, cash or money orders only.
